Ya’ll need to pay me my wages, and now you need to re-activate my health insurance, what are you trying to accomplish right now Corporate Leaders? It’s not funny, it’s not cute, grow up. Andy Jassy? We can tweet about the Queen and pay respects any time, but is that the best thing to be doing right now? Because we have a person that is alive that you are to put it bluntly: attempting murder. I’m sure your Amazon PR team knows that Amazon gets brownie points for recognition of very concerning events that pass with or without you tweeting about it; they have an @amazon twitter account it does just as much of the job as your tweets have done, if not better.

It started off from just one thing -> one huge organizational mistake that was uncovered by an employee and then of course the organization in its most intelligent designs decided to get rid of the employee as much as it could instead of solving the issue uncovered…

This issue can be any type of issue, not Enron level issues, it can be a scandal or a policy that isn’t actually followed, simple legal sh*t like that. 

And it is definitely not an issue that is at the level of #theDropOut, so why is it that I am made such a high-value target of corporate wide retaliation on-going, by Amazon Corporate?

And what did Amazon Legal decide to do in their best knowledge of organizational bylaws and operational compliance with domestic laws of running a business in the U.S.? They decided to retaliate corporate wise – And this began with little jabs of idiocy by stalling out my disability accommodations for my Depression et al while I backhanded their idiocy throughout the course of April. I guess with some Disability and Leave services departments in a corporation, such as in this case Amazon.com and its affiliates, which has hired Medical Doctors to file FMLA leave cases for them: they have hard time understanding Depression is a disability as if not just a feeling of someone being upset at a hockey game score.

Today, as a new milestone with a baseline of turn-around-speeds seen capable of this great leadership group…

You, Andy Jassy, Jeff Bezos, Wendall Weeks, and all your friends that are part of the Amazon Umbrella which includes Amazon Studios, Twitch, and so forth: ALL OF YOU VPs and HIGHER, because this is what happens when people blackmail and use a company image to front the actions of the blackmail, THE ENTIRE COMPANY IS BLACKMAILING WHICH INCLUDES ALL THE LEADERS. AND WHEN LEADERS OF SPECIFIC ORGS CANNOT HANDLE THE ISSUE, IT GETS ESCALATED, AT THIS POINT AFTER 156 DAYS OF COURSE IT MEANS ALL OF YOU VPS AND HIGHER + CALEB. 

THIS GROUP OF LEADERSHIP OF BIG DOGS AND HOTSHOTS AND THE BEST THE WORLD HAS TO OFFER IN CORPORATE LEADERSHIP MAKING AT LEAST HALF A MILLION PLUS DOLLARS A YEAR TOTAL EACH, wrote, “The case is resolved for now.”

IS THERE EVEN A PLAN OF ACTION, AND IT DOESN’T EVEN HAVE TO BE A 33 PAGE GANTT CHART. IT CAN BE A ONE PARAGRAPH BRIEF INITIAL SKETCH OF WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN.

But instead of doing even that… You decided to just jump ahead over several phases of “resolution” and immediately email me saying: “WE RESOLVED THE CASE.”

AND YOU TELL ME, YOU VPS AT AMAZON, WE RESOLVED YOUR CONCERNS AS IF REPEATEDLY TELLING ME 1 + 1 = 4 WHEN I TOLD YOU TO GET ME TWO NUMBERS THAT ADD UP TO 4 AND TELLING YOU NO THAT’S NOT 4, YOU HAVE THINK ABOUT THE OTHER NUMBERS TWO.

WHAT THE F**** DO YOU THINK THIS IS? A CASE ISSUE OF MY LOGIN PASSWORD NOT WORKING? A CASE ISSUE OF ME MISTAKENLY LOSING MY EMPLOYEE BADGE?

IT’S NOT EVEN NEAR THE GRAVITY AND SEVERITY IN CONSEQUENCES OF A NORMAL HR ISSUE OR CONCERN AND YET YOU TREAT IT LIKE ITS A NORMAL THING. AS IF YOU DIDN’T HOLD ME BACK FROM GETTING MEDICAL TREATMENT FOR 154 DAYS BECAUSE OF YOUR RETALIATION AND YOUR TURNING OFF OF MY AETNA HEALTH INSURANCE ON MAY 30TH TO MAKE ME DIE.

YOU DIDN’T RESOLVE SHIT. IF YOU RESOLVED ANYTHING THEN WHY DON’T I SEEN ANY ACTIONS FINISHED. IT’S LIKE YOU TURNING IN YOUR HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENT TO THE TEACHER AND WRITING DOWN ON YOUR HOMEWORK “FINISHED” AND TELLING THE TEACHER, HEY HERE’S MY HOMEWORK FINISHED. Sai Sushmitha. It’s not really your fault Jairo, as said it’s not your job as a support agent to worry about how your ticketing systems are working and running in terms of aliasing the emails incoming into ID cases. That’s my job as a leader and professional executive able to handle critical errors in organizational processes and infrastructures set up by various IT departments across the company as an executive with actual VP abilities, and much above that of any CEO or Chief officer of ANYTHING at this point evidently seen right now, so don’t worry about Jairo you ain’t liable for something that is above your view of the specific functioning sector of your organization.

As any ticketing system would imply it’s assumed the system works just like any other ticketing system on the market which at this point is dominated by Zendesk because it simply works and there’s actually no issues – with drawbacks of less customizability and so forth.

You can go and tell Andy Jassy, Adam, and Jeff; and the rest of the CEOs at Amazon or its affiliates and the rest of the Chief Officers and VPs of the business side how f* useless they are and how many positions there are that actually are not all needed. I’m not sure why there has to be so many F& VPs on the business side doing J* knows what other than retaliation against me. It’s not at all you that needs to apologize. It’s this bloated Upper Management of Business that obviously ALL, and when I say ALL I mean it, are nowhere near my ability. I don’t even have a f** business degree or some MBA. Don’t need one. I have 2 degrees or fields studied that are far more useful than what this entire business leadership of a team has shown for the past 160 day including the bloated legal team that all got their a* wiped chain choked slaved pulled and f**** over by me.

I’m sorry for the negative languages

I don’t like it either but I am rightfully angry (unlike LinkedIn who thinks I’m not allowed to be angry due to blackmail, hence their restrictions…. Yes, that’s what you did on LinkedIn. Because my second day, Sep 1st, of medical treatments so far has been Amazing. For the last 160+ days I was also fighting for my life to get treatment.

I didn’t go on medical leave to escape anything related to work issues. 


The retaliation started during medical leave

I just want that to sink in for everyone. And I want that to sink in for Andy Jassy and Legal and how consequential things can still be especially if this part of the process becomes another nightmare… And given the ongoing days past, it has been a nightmare.

Not really sure what part of my concerns involved turning off my health insurance but this ain’t it. And right now, whoever has any executive level title at Amazon right now, better be asking, is the PR Image right now worth being the most bluntly obvious aggressor of corporate wide adverse actions in the history of corporate retaliations right now?
