The message this post references was sent in an email on June 29th, 2022. What did CALEB do? CALEB decided to play the email tag game, and when I state email tag I am referring to a game of asking me 21 questions instead of addressing my actual concern. What did CALEB do? CALEB decided to play the email tag game for the last 2 months. So leaders were told of an issue that was going on, and then they decided to continue doing it for 2 months now ongoing – wrap that around your head as to how insane this kind of leadership is because I don’t think you are able to make excuses for continuing to do the same thing over and over again. I know that when write words down it sometimes is very technically jarring and very profane in truth but also blunt and to the point without sugar coating anything. The issue with that is, the number of days between.

So let’s do the math for the average Attorney of CALEB since they don’t know how to do arithmetic:

31 – 28 = 3

So because we want to not re-confuse CALEB with fractional time differences in minutes, and hours, the math is intentionally kept nice and clean through whole days used only. We are going to pretend hours and minutes don’t exist nor matter for in this case of analysis held wherein. So with the math shown right above over that red line CALEB – the red line right above these words, yup there it is nice job Andy Jassy and Jeff Bezos, good eye… via subtraction in base 10 above, as follows through phrasing such math into an applied scenario via english sentences:

    Day 31 subtracted by day 28 means the 31st day of August spans three more days in the month of August than the 28th day of August.

Three more days spanned since the 28th of August is a good chunk of some time passed for an email response. So, in this case with CALEB’s email sent to me on August 31st at 11 AM CST…, it seems as if CALEB decided to reply to an email that was not replied to in over three days, and decided that August 31st was the best time to reply, and with a reply deciding to ask for ID Verification info via proxy by ERC. 

Unfortunately, during the period which the 3 days spanned,

I sent CALEB an email on Mon, Aug 29, 2022 at 12:58 AM, from my email address care@ziping.love. August 29th is one day after August 28th and 2 days before August 31st, right between the end and start of the three day span of non-responses by CALEB to this email.

Somehow by magic the email I sent out on August 29th however: is not the email responded to by ERC and somehow by chance the email sent on the 28th by care@ziping.love is the email to respond to even though today is the 31st of August and as noted two days after the day of August 29th and three day after the day of August 28th.

What does this implicate? it implicates the notion of what was stated above: CALEB is playing email tag with me right now. 

Regardless of the intentions of CALEB and regardless of the system errors involved, given, as one reason but not all, as observed and recorded by Ziping Liu

Suppose gross negligent is definable as

A.B: Gross Negligence

  • Involving reckless disregard or extreme indifference for another’s safety. It’s not a failure to act or simple carelessness. It is purposeful behavior that causes significant issues with the continued safety and health of other people. This type of conduct is highly likely to cause harm.
  • Reckless: definable as without thinking or having care of thinking in consequences involved of a qualified action or object by said term wherein.

A.C Willful Ignorance

As it now stands, as an excerpt of a case study:

As always, cases can be read in different ways. Here, the cases are meant to be structurally similar and is used universally as a clause to provide definition for A.C Willful Ignorance.

Suspicion in the most severe form is with a care of thoughts and in the least severe form is with thoughts in general – given the definition of suspicion as “having a feeling of something being possible” and thereby feelings being either something that gives rise in a urgency for care or no urgency in care at all but still with thoughts given that feelings are known to be from of electro-chemical stimulations in the brain caused by a multivariable plethora of inputs to the body either physical or non-physical.

A.B Gross Negligence and A.C Willful ignorance

There by through proof by example, in the case that there is no longer ability for “Gross Negligence” to match the severity of the issue at hand, then let there be a term A.C that is a definable severity above severity of gross negligent, term-able as “Willful Ignorance.” TBC

Discovery A: Gross negligence is definitely evidenced by Amazon Legal and its Leadership in treatment of Ziping in just regards to the Law Enforcement visit to Ziping’s house on May 7th 2022 and Given the phases motioned journaled as journal entries but not limited to in writing as a general form.

Given the gradual education Ziping Liu has given and is still giving as of present, on-going for Amazon Legal and Officers, meaning, Suppose A.A Good-Faith is a term that is lower in wrongdoing than both A.B and A.C.

  • A.A Ziping Liu internally and externally assisting and educating Amazon Executives through May to July by doing the following on-going:
    • A.A.A. Striving to help Amazon run in good operational standing in midst its non-standing motions against him as well as non-standing operational bylaw’s through providing documents and references of egregious filings evidenced by Amazon DLS.
    • A.A.B.  Trial using salesforce email tracking systems from his own emailing addresses to see issues regarding Amazon Employee Resource Center in losing track of his CASE ID’s intermittently during June through July., after having noticed that Amazon ERC utilized salesforce tracking ID’s in its emails after he inspected the email headers on ERC@caseservices.hr.a2z.com and seeing the term “salesforce” embedded within. Ziping Liu then worked backwards and figured out which systems from Salesforce enterprise products Amazon was using and figured out how ERC tracked its emails via ID’s generated by salesforce. After further analysis, Ziping Liu concluded that tickets were simply never resolved or lost due to ERC simply not at all using the salesforce reference ID anymore after Ziping Liu figured out how to directly send emails to their ticketing database systems through an email address other than the normal erc@amazon.com or any form of Amazon provided email address such as erc@caseservices.hr.a2z.com and/or erc@blackmailing.ziping.a2z.com.As an example to illustrate the other kind of email addresses that can be used: note the id’s such as: jl4156txkp7z.36-b5qseaq.na81.bnc.salesforce.com that is sometimes attached to transcripts of emails from ERC in Ziping Liu’s literature works such as series #2. That is an ID useable as an email address that receives emails for a specific reference ID in salesforce emailing tracking systems, which ERC uses as a way of keeping track of emails as tickets via a larger database from salesforce in handling massive amounts of emails with unique ID’s attached as a 1:1 alias.
    • A.B.C Providing Amazon Employee Resource Center a second ticketing system by Zendesk, after having created cases for ERC to action concerns submitted by Ziping Liu to ERC, thereby seeing the issue at hand from the perspective of also the agent in the form of a ticketing system much resembling the one used at Amazon internally. (In the case where salesforce ID’s are used, Amazon’s internal ticketing systems can easily integrate with other services through a simple NodeJS server, so it’s probably just a external method for receiving emails into aliased ID’s which is then funneled into the internal amazon ticketing system via a “CONVERTER.”

CONVERTER

A Converter is a design pattern, or a general technique used in architecting out software, which is purely defined as a way to take in data from some outside source and then convert into data that the in design software of design patterns such as converters, can receive and understand. Such as if you are writing a piece of code that can only understand English words, you might use a converter attached to your code that translates the received language into english. So you would then need a converter with functionality of auto translation in any type of input, into in output of English. Any type of input meaning it can take in voice or text data because you want the very best converter to make it easier on yourself with your in-design software and also output into english text specifically because you don’t actually now how to code with audio files just some variable called string in java scripts. WIth such a converter now replacing your need of thinking about it in writing your code at all – in fact you forgot to actually put it in your code a few times, it then makes writing software easier to manage given the abstractions used, such as a “converter” for translating languages, while focusing on writing your program that simply outputs the text onto your monitor. That way you can focus on writing the code to display and print text on your screen without having to deal with very simple and trivial issues such as writing an entire language translation converter from scratch that also is able to parse audio data and estimate text from speech patterns matched.

In the first of two cases in which Amazon sent Law Enforcement Federal/State to Ziping’s house on the date May 7th.

In the strongest defense I can provide for Amazon Legal as if I was their attorney defending them in good-faith with full attorney client privileges to Amazon Legal and CALEB, CALEB can be termed as committing an act of gross negligence in that it was not thinking at all about issues or even was aware of possible issues occurring when using a peace officer to deliver a message. This can be said as arguable, in the most best case and when ignoring the time peace officers arrived, due to the slip up of the officers during the visit stating that they were only visiting me because Amazon HR told them on the phone that it was part of Amazon HR’s policy to do this for each employee given a case of violations I was active in regarding Amazon’s HR Policies.

  • The first time sent may or may not be Amazon CALEB suspecting of wrongdoing by sending peace officers to Ziping’s house on May 7nth given the very best argument available in Amazon Legal’s defense, and is stated as best arguable given ignoring fallacies and issue against Amazon described below with A.B.B and assuming that Amazon Legal attorneys all go to bed at 5 AM or 8 AM instead of 11:00 PM CST like Ziping Liu and assuming that Amazon Attorneys thought that the U.S. is one big time zone and had no qualms with 9:45 PM PST for a tea visit from Peace Officers to deliver a HR Policy statement to Ziping Liu since that’s when Peace Officers visit Amazon Attorneys by tomorrow as a deadline because somebody go and start arresting them because these guys are all criminals are we going to sit around, I did the work for you guys no waste of paper needed in the court rooms.

  • Given the case that Amazon claimed that I was active in, said case was told to officers by Amazon that I was scaring the corporate workforce with my emails and it was an evident case of violations without providing officers of clear proof and without a clear impartial tribunal to validate the validity of proof as admissible evidence to officers. Moreover, therefore being a complete jump in logic in having first eliminated the term “alleged” as a qualifier of the violations.
    • A.B.B.1: As shown in the failed termination letter, the scaring of the corporate workforce was never done through emails at all – given the release of my emails to the pubic and moreover, showcases Amazon’s reasonings being out of sign with each other by A.B.A: telling the officers that evidentially it was scary emails that required a visit
    • A.B.B.2: However, in the “failed termination letter” of May 5th (https://www.ajassy.cn) was reasoned not from “scary emails” in any form or way, but rather from an anonymous ethics hotline messaging board that is actually not allowed to be used as reasons to “adverse actions” against an employee given the purpose of a ethics hotline run by a corporation internally.

Therefore in the case of Amazon’s violations of sending Peace Officers to Ziping’s house on May 7nth termed as A.B.A, such events are arguable as in gross negligence given that Amazon Legal can argue that it did not realize 11:45 PM CST was an inaaprioate time to send visitors to Ziping’s house given Amazon Legal staff all go to bed at 3 AM.

Therefore, such statement of gross negligence is termed as, as a best case scenario of defense given: exclusions of issues arisen from A.B.B and not at all factored in as evidences of Amazon leg’s wrongdoings. in-order to stand ground in giving a best case defense scenario: as a result, showcasing a more than majority showing of exclusions in Amazon’s favor stated versus inclusion in Amazon’s disfavor stated, such defense is arguable as a best case given.

Without any logical arguments needed given existing of didactic common sense in such comparison, given the obvious general understanding of seeing more severe when comparing:
