And, we will, send out a more emails to remind Amazon ERC to resolve concerns with action, and not more photo-ops of Adam Selipsky on Twitter. If you find these emails annoying, then understand the root cause for these emails, which is, corporate adverse actions that are not being resolved by ERC, since May. So, I am not at all the corporate retaliator at this point, Amazon Legal, which was the legal arm of Amazon, was the one that motioned out very fraudulent actions of the most insane and stupid reasons. As a reminder, did Ziping Liu uncover some global conspiracy at Amazon that required all this coverup and retaliation, ongoing by Amazon as an entity form? No, Ziping Liu did not uncover some global conspiracy, which makes Ziping Liu such a high value target for Amazon Legal to retaliate away into exhaustive nothings, very puzzling and concerning, as such retaliatory motions now seem to be more from illegitimate and very immature leadership at Amazon.

As seen above, you have, stopped me from getting Medical Surgeries in which you were all well aware of that I was receiving, since September, from https://ajassy.cn/3, and yet on October, 1st, of 2022, you set out motions to disable my health in all intentions, causable now, as bad-intentions. You are setting a precedence in which malicious intent is now case-able. Your legal motions of fraud are not at all valid, it has been explained time and time again, and yet you motion out, out of your exhaustive motions set-forth since June, active motioning out in full execution of corporate adverse actions, the termination of my health services. This is not acceptable, you will need to activate the health insurance. I have surgeries to attend to, not this corporate idiocy. Adam Selipsky, you have issues to address, you can get the Japanese government to help you out.

I have reached out to Aetna support via their portal. I am not happy that I have messaged them again. I am not very happy at all. I have already sent them a grievance report.

If you, ERC Amazon, cannot get these action items done this week (yeah and so they obviously didn’t since this email was originally sent out Oct 6th 2022), then that’s not something that would affect me in any way, that’s simply something that affects Amazon ERC and all corporate leaders. Into very sound casings for Series #6 and 7. Like I said before, Once if I am to serve Amazon (after the distasteful response received from Bob Ferguson, we have decided to not move forward with any type of actions with attorney’s retained or usage of some law school to move forward with actions such as serving Amazon Corporate),

I will be doing so with the crops at full yielding cycles. And I will ensure that the crops are given more than enough nutrients. Because If I have to waste my time and get this resolved in the courtroom, I will ensure that I am getting back as much as I can out the time wasted there, and I will be killing two birds with one stone as well: I will be taking this sad tragic DOL.GOV to court as well as Amazon Services LLC to court, and doing a three way system of affairs in WA, TX, and DE (so obviously we had one attorney general jump ship, Bob Ferguson, it’s fine, Ziping Liu is taking his chair and now acting Attorney General Commander in Chief of WA-TX-DE Axis versus the Amazon Allies).

Attorney Generals of these states, you better give me good reasons as to why you have done nothing so far, and so, if I have to get out of my seat, and do things for you, you better be telling me why you didn’t know how to do your job and why you didn’t know about this or this policy or law, from a kid that didn’t even go to law school and now with his CEO Dead. 

What are you doing CEOs of Amazon? Are you just this out of touch with reality? You, ADAM SELIPSKY and ANDY JASSY are still playing games on Twitter, and not at all resolving my concerns.  I removed the dancing DRAGON SUIT KID IN THIS EMAIL UP TOP. Because there’s a new feature needing its placement within the frame.

Today was a very poor showing for my end too on our first day launch of Amazon Press, the new Press of Amazon. I did not get the rate of growth as projected by our press growth and analysis team. I ended up having to fire our entire statistical and stochastic methods team, due to egregious performances shown. It turns out they were giving me falsified data that marked up growth percentages to add in an additional 5 percent artificial daily growth increase to the original amount via adding additional non-random noise to artificially weight randomness in favor of five percent more likely in positive growth direction.

I absolutely do not at all find the aspect of committing fraud in bookkeeping a tolerable action within any organizational event for the sake of an additional benefit artificially injected, to the organizational growth. I do not at all find that having such things done behind my back as tolerable as well, given that this stats team of mine thought I would not notice the discrepancy in the presented graphs, given that I am some CEO without any knowledge in stochastic methods and/or knowledge of R. That is incorrect, I know the language of this R, and was forced to learn it given that I was helping an ex of mine with her statistics homework. 

That is to say every time I see graphs and statistical analysis methods, I think of her, and then I think of the retaliation that occurred that caused events that led to the break up, which was so long ago but it feels just like yesterday to me. I live everyday as if its my last since the retaliation started, and so even though everyday has gone by and it has become months now, I do indeed, am at least happy to realize that by living everyday as if I it were my last my experience of life has somehow, in a very bitter sweet way, become a time-honored, pursuit of a timeless state of being.

And here we are, now on October 3rd, with some many months that have gone by, and given that exhaustion is a form of retaliation, why is it such that exhaustion is used? Because it is to regard time without honor, without meaning, without importance, that is to say it is to attempt a motion that the time that occurred in the past, and in the present, and present future, is not at all time acknowledged, for the victim of the exhaustion being carried out. 

In general, there is a notion that when a chain of events that pass over a long enough time frame, it becomes a chain of very unclear, and muddled events that is not at all anything at all recognized, and there for heard about since these chain events or broken and without any time of its occurrence honorable , and thereby, such a chain does not at all lead to any type of sensible form of a story, or a narrative, or a path traveled through time by an entity, or a person, or anything that can exist in 3-D and move through 4-D. 
And so simply put, the chain of events doesn’t have enough clarity to make any sense. 

Fortunately, I have hired Netflix, to write out specific scenes, and have them played out on camera for the sake of ensuring that the events ongoing during this retaliation and corporate adverse actions of blackmail adventure, is well documented as both entertaining and informative at the same time, yet somehow very chilling to the bone as well. I have hired their entire writing team, since the events started, and they have written several seasons worth of scripts. Such as the one below in which I fire the statistics team.

I lied. I don’t have a statistics team. This scene isn’t to showcase that at all. In fact, I am the statistics team. I also am the writing team and do not at all have a full fledged studio enslaved ready-made writers-guild broken up, team of barely holding onto a livable wage, that I can call on to write to my beck and whim to write out fully fleshed reports and releases of events ongoing while making such reports released, as entertaining yet informative as possible, while also somehow being profane and cold as h***. So yeah, Amazon Legal and Corporate, I have no idea why you would retaliate against someone like me? Like, it just doesn’t add up Andy. 

And, that is to say, our numbers are not made up, unlike the numbers of make believe of how you Amazon Legal committed fraud on my FMLA medical leave dates to aggress and motion out retaliatory adverse actions of invalid and failed motions of terminations, that are not valid in any way, given the blatant showing that you edited my FMLA leave to end on May 7th to match the termination motion of adverse actions, which failed. And that is also along with the fact that, as stated, why would any corporation seek to retaliate and move motions of fraudulent terminations against someone like me? 

So, if you think I’m making up these growth statistical figures, then you can just keep thinking that, just like how you can keep on holding git to your own self-righteous, weird and unusual mode of thinking that you have someone motioned out any form of valid organizational procedure with regards to dealing with my FMLA, to name the very few things you f**** in march with me and got scared and so you started being a d***. Uh, sorry Amazon Corporate and Legal, don’t be scared of me just because you see someone that is a threat to your job security. And that is to say, why would I have an agenda of backstabbing and stealing from people, of what they hold? Does that at all sound like me? But who does that sound like moreso, like Amazon Legal with its motions of adverse actions ongoing through exhaustive tactics, now causing liabilities towards its partners, such as McKinsey and Company, CrowdStrike, and CloudFlare.  

This is all real growth, and real data, and at this point, we are 99 percent sure that we get more traffic on our sites than the rogue About Amazon corporate ministry of BS culture spewing, agenda driven, not at all an org of a press relations value standing, press site. We are the new  Amazon Press . And Ziping Liu needs his wages, seriously? What is taking so long? The press does not wait and the press definitely doesn’t wait for something like this to keep moving, the press will simply tear you all apart Amazon Legal with Andy Jassy. I control the impression of public relations. Look at me Amazon Legal, I am the Legal, and I am the Press. I am Alpha and Omega. You can keep on being  Alpha and Beta,  as long as you require, in your own insanity. 

This scene is for you idiots Adam and Andy. and you VPS. Are you guys done? Are you guys done with the stupid f**** exhaustion? You are not supposed to be in that area, you are not allowed to go into a normalcy state of stasis via exhaustion, or stasis at all. You are supposed to be in the area of actioning my resolutions to concerns of mine. You have not done so. Andy Jassy, your letter to the shareholders was filled with philosophical fallacies and logical oddities that felt more like a rushed essay turned in by a typical Andy Jassy AB Harvard 1st year, or typical 1L Amazon Legal attorney level of cognitive ability, T6 JD attorney (Yes the cutoffs keep getting raised, I am very particular with who I regard as the only law schools that produce real lawyers, do not at all talk to me unless you are T4 or higher).  You write as if you almost failed out of Harvard your first year. Go visit 子平.com and view your essay that you turned to me, and see that, that is exactly why you don’t go and plagiarize someone’s work, that being mine, and regard it as your own given some small edits by your press team later, and then when I start making a fuss about it you begin a suite of retaliatory actions. As if, I am some sort of idealistic english major that only knows how to write papers of fluff and esoteric BS for other scholars to read. As if, I am some imaginative delusional dream, and that the writings of mine are to be stolen from me, and then you, telling your legal drone army to dispose of me like a used and exhausted groupie needing the boot. 

Or is it that you think you are the good guy, and you were trying to do the right things when you called the Law enforcement on me telling them that I am a very horrible person and a danger to society and that I am going to destroy the world: not once – given that the first time you did it didn’t work because I ended up scaring the FBI Proxy agents instead and had to calm them down (seriously go check the police body cams),  but twice, to try to send a message to me as attempt of a theatrical scare tactic, after, blacking me out of all my work devices, all six in total at the time in my possession because that’s how freaking dumb your logistics team is, and especially with the arrogance that you though it proper to call the law to my house on May 7th, at 11:30 PM CST because apparently that is when Amazon HR sends messengers to employee’s houses to deliver a message that could have been sent via email or perhaps something called a phone call or meeting? No Andy Jassy, you woke me up from my slumber.

AND that is why the officers got very scared because they saw me p*** as h*** and they ended up spilling everything to me. Okay, yeah, and it didn’t work on May 20th either. Instead, they spilled out their guts again to me and told me everything they were instructed to do. I don’t think you understand that I walk the f**** talk. That is to say, you absolutely do the completely opposite of this: 子平.com, mother-f** you better pay me for my work. You can copy all the sh** you want from my writings, I don’t give a d***, if you don’t understand what you copy from what I write, that’s a liability on you not me. And that is why you got completely wrecked by my commentary. But sure Andy Jassy and Adam, you can be the good guy still. You can still be a good person here. This 4.5 release, as emails right now, is your shot at that. So, either be the good guy, or get out. And such, I am definitely a step above how Netflix portrays due as in the scene above. SMH Netflix. Get out. You guys are done. Where are my scripts? Get out. 

See HULU? I told you the scripts write themselves. And, do you know what the saddest issue is? It’s that this retaliation campaign against Ziping Liu, is not over some sort of big “SECRET.” It is simply the fact that a few corporate leaders didn’t like what Ziping Liu wrote and was concerned about, and furthermore, decided to erase away Ziping Liu from all employee records, medical records, and then adverse actions of failed and fraudulently exposéd motions of the most stupid and not at all strategic legal documents encompassing an organizational policy that is not at all an org policy but rather the whims and whams of what such corporate leaders dislike and like.

You are seriously, the most stupid and not at all time-worthy Legal team I have yet to deal with in all my 27 years of mathematical proof writing. That is to say, you do not even know how to write a proof using the level of mathematics I am with knowledge of, you don’t even showcase your ability in writing out logical, clear, and non-falafel legal documents using arithmetic, let alone calculus. Whoever, granted each and everyone one of your corporate attorneys for Amazon.com, the Company, a Delaware Company, your bar passing licenses, needs to revoke your license immediately. Given the ongoing issues with Amazon Legal and its non-action, and its termination of my life, effective immediately,

I am now Amazon Legal, in-house legal counsel arm of Amazon.com, the Delaware Company. If you wish to state the opposite to refuse my claim, you can tell me why it is that ME, a non JD, has to go about and teach a bunch of retarded Corporate JD’s how to behave, as JD’s.
