I feel that it is important to remember the origins of where things began that set off then chains of events that led to a present moment. Given that it is almost May, it’s time to simply synthesize the key events of a special day, which led to today. This is a time lined event that was released, to say the least, in May of 2022 and presented to Amazon Executives that, well…. The case is obvious, decided to play dumb for the last year. Specifically, scoped to the first week of May given the utmost blatant showings of the most obvious faults from Amazon ERC/Legal.

Joe Klaas, an American journalist, wrote: “The truth will set you free, but first it will piss you off.” And indeed I am pretty disappointed in the one entity that has that as some slogan. But that’s all water under the bridge. What is coming soon is a press release centered on roasting the most stupid entity right now of zero US Constitutional Standings Showcased. FBI? Remember what I said. I’m serious.

As showcased with their first sign of conflicting chains of communication. It is also a department that ultimately held under a total executive control by leadership outside of any medical, and/or health related roles. That’s because this was a struggle of Amazon ERC’s inner attempt of avoiding retaliatory motions. The struggle was quite valiant but ultimately. At this moment in time, Amazon ERC had still failed to fully file the requested FMLA Leave that was sent, on March 31st. However it was on this day that I received a call that was unlike others.

The call was one of an tone that made me realize an attempt was being made to file the FMLA, and as advised by the Agent on the phone I was to take action fast regarding the new requested information to be sent to ERC. But for the first time, an ERC associate that had written down her name in the email. I realized there was new movements of different staff now taking action, but against what? What is to be feared of the goal in filing a simple FMLA Leave?

I obliged with their new documentation request. I simply had done it so much over and over, that I had already begun to rewrite their legal policies within ERC (more on that later on).

And on the same day my FMLA leave in which I had applied for in March of 2022 was finally approved as showcased in full detail in the next event below.

Amazon ERC showcases an obvious struggle of inner in midst retaliatory motions

Thank you for your time this afternoon. Here’s a recap of our conversation:

You are currently on a Leave of Absence approved through today 5/3/2022.


The 2 subsequent cases that you have opened 04100713 and 04134758 will be
considered extensions 
of your original case  0407325 so you should expect to see some cancellation emails from the additional cases and extension emails from the first one.

We also discussed that because you are listed as working for the state of
Washington, even though you live in Texas, you are eligible for Washington
state paid benefits (Washington Paid Family Medical Leave) and that Amazon
will not pay the full Short Term Disability benefit of 60% until we receive
a letter from the state of Washington saying whether they approve or deny
you state benefits. Once we receive that letter from you with the amount
Washington approved to pay you, we will adjust the STD pay from Amazon
accordingly.

You confirmed that you should have the instructions to apply to WAPFML in a
previous email and that you didn’t need me to send it again. However,
if you do find that you need it please let me know and I’d be happy to send
out the instructions. Please let me know if you have any further concerns.

And of course, on the infamous day of May 5th 2022, Amazon legal proceeds to lock Ziping out of all Amazon internal networks and devices. The events that led to such an infamous day is further explained here.

It is only when the most cunning, baffling, covert motions have been shown, that Amazon ERC suddenly provides a new FMLA leave that is written and approved, with an end date that coincides with the end date on their fraudulent termination letter as their end of employment date.
This new FMLA Leave was not filed using any cunning or baffling methods: Amazon ERC simply sent a new FMLA Leave that used the same Case Number as the FMLA leave sent on May 3rd, pretending that the FMLA leave from May 3rd never existed.s And so when I have repeatedly noticed Amazon executives of the blatant issue at hand, instead of addressing the issue they simply ignore the question completely, usually through responding with something along the lines of, “Can you clarify the concern?” Seriously, I am not joking in how blatantly obvious Amazon legal has been in carrying out their retaliatory actions
